Having worked on an ad hoc basis with Healthwatch South Tyneside since its formation in 2013, we are delighted to have secured a 12-month retainer to manage the health watchdog's pr and marketing throughout 2017-18.

This will include all media relations, e-newsletters, social media and production of the annual report.

The commission follows a successful campaign to promote Health South Tyneside's new online Feedback Centre, which included the launch of a new Facebook business page, media coverage and a social media advertising campaign which generated more than 500 website visits and hundreds of page likes.
