Director Chris Jennings has a passion for writing which stretches right back to his schooldays.

After graduating with an English Literature and History degree he qualified as a journalist in 1995, working in a number of roles for weekly, evening and morning newspapers in the North-East including The Journal, Newcastle, where he was deputy news editor.

He then moved into public relations, establishing new, high performing in-house PR departments in local government and the further education industry from scratch. As a member of the senior management team at Northumberland College he formed a new marketing department which secured two national awards in its first 18 months.

Chris brings an innovative and flexible approach which delivers major reputational, organisational and financial benefits. Always looking to self development, he became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations after obtaining the industry's highest level qualification, the CIPR Diploma, in 2006.

He has also edited popular monthly community magazine Pont News & Views in Ponteland since launching it in 2005.

Away from the office, Chris enjoys performing as a percussionist, is a Newcastle United season ticket holder, loves travelling and spending time with his fantastic family.

Creative Director Mick Wood has a real enthusiasm for creative design.

His portfolio displays a vast array of creative solutions across a wide range of media, styles and formats for local, national and international businesses including Premiership football clubs, a large north east brewery, shopping and retail outlets, manufacturing and engineering sectors and SMEs. Public sector work includes local government and further education.

Mick's passion is in creating designs and concepts which deliver the desired results for clients, achieved through positive and productive working relationships.

With over 12 years' experience, his in depth knowledge and established industry contacts allow Mick to give sound advice on the best creative  solutions, with keen attention to detail.

As well as the exciting daily routine of work and family life, Mick enjoys the odd game of rugby and when he's not on the pitch you can find him in the North Sea in all weathers doing a spot of surfing.

Digital Director Flemming Arnott is always happiest when spinning a new web.

Over the past decade he has helped public and private sector clients transform their customer service and sales with inventive, eyecatching, easy to navigate websites.

He is particularly passionate about website accessibility and DDA compliance (well, someone has to be!)

Flemming studied film and video at university in Derby and has worked for several creative agencies in the Midlands and North East.

Away from his development desk, his hobbies include dog walking, wine tasting (drinking) and spending time away from it all by the sea at Alnmouth.
